What does "Direct Alex Haynes Access" actually mean?
You get Alex's direct contact. Text, call, or email when you need strategic input on major decisions. Not for day-to-day support (that's what your implementation manager is for), but for "should we make this hire," "is this technology investment right," "how do we handle this growth challenge" type questions. Typical response time: 4-6 hours.
How do both bootcamps work together?
You can take them simultaneously or sequentially. Most Scale Stack clients start with Digital Business Transformation (optimize operations first), then layer in Content Creator Accelerator once systems are humming (build media presence from stable foundation). Each bootcamp is 6-8 weeks self-paced with weekly coaching calls. You have lifetime access to both.
What's included in white-glove service that isn't in other tiers?
Dedicated implementation manager (not rotating support team), custom integration development (we build what you need), quarterly business reviews with strategic recommendations, priority feature requests, custom team training specific to your processes, and direct executive access. Other tiers get standard support. Scale Stack gets concierge service.
How are the 20 consultation hours typically used?
First month: 4-6 hours on strategic implementation planning. Quarterly: 2-3 hours on business reviews and strategy adjustments. Ad-hoc: 1-2 hour sessions for major decisions, technology evaluations, team structure planning, market positioning. Most clients use all 20 hours within 12 months. Unused hours don't expire but can't be banked beyond 18 months.
Is this really necessary if I'm "only" at $1M revenue?
Depends on your goals. If you want to stay at $1M-$2M, Growth Stack is fine. If you want to scale to $5M-$10M+, Scale Stack gives you infrastructure and training to get there without breaking. The dual bootcamps and white-glove service are designed for businesses ready to 3X-5X. Most Scale Stack clients are at $1M-$3M when they start, $5M-$10M within 24 months.
What happens after 12 months?
NoirWorx Enterprise continues at $500/month. Email and AI tools renew at standard rates. You keep lifetime access to both bootcamps and all materials. Your data is yours to export anytime. White-glove service and consultation hours are first-year only, but you can purchase additional hours at standard rates ($250/hour) if needed.
Can I downgrade if this is too much?
We don't do downgrades, but you wouldn't want to. Once you experience white-glove service and direct access, standard support feels inadequate. That said, if within 30 days you realize you don't need enterprise features, we'll refund the difference and convert you to Growth Stack. Never happened yet—Scale Stack clients know what they need.
